We would like to introduce ourselves to you in the hope of explaining what services we offer and to highlight the professional approach we have to our service.
Jason Nightingale and his partner Sian Hughes-Jones have lived in South West France for almost 3 years in a Town called Marciac, world famous for the annually held Jazz Festival. He is English and during his career has demonstrated the ability to meet clients needs whether that was during his 8 years working within the Finance sector on the Isle of Man or when he created, operated and managed his own contract cleaning business on the Island for 13 years.
Jason decided to launch Marciac Services, a House Guardian Caretakers service for the surrounding Gers area after researching and listening to local property owners also second home owners on the work that is required to maintain their homes especially when the property is not occupied all year round.
In providing a property management and caretaking service the experience he has gained with running his own business in the consumer sector means he knows only too well the importance of attention to detail, punctuality, security, and honesty are the right ingredients to re-assure customers of a professional service. Jason is able to draw on his own re-location experience to help others achieve the same success and use the new skills gained during his time in France.
Sian Hughes-Jones the second member of the team brings a number of practical experiences to the venture, having previously worked with Jason in the same financial company and also in a secretarial capacity in the contract cleaning business. As well their joint endeavours Sian also successfully ran her own soft-furnishing business on the Isle of Man, providing a quality service for a wide ranging Clientele. Since relocating to France Sian has established her own Soft furnishing auto-entrepreneur business Sew Chic, a tailor made service for Curtains, Blinds, Loose Covers and Bedroom accessories.
